Renton Pet Friendly Apartments

We allow pets up to 30 lbs at full grown weight. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. There is a $300.00 Deposit (Cats and Dogs) for one pet of which $100.00 is refundable. There is a $500.00 Deposit (Cats and Dogs) for 2 pets and $200.00 is refundable. A $10.00 monthly pet rent(per pet) apply.
